Depart from South Africa on 17 December 2018; Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City on 18 December 2018 @ ± 19h30; We would like to stay over, for 2 nights , at the same hotel in Ho Chi Minh City from where the tour will depart on day 1 , 20 December 2018 . From the airport to the hotel we would need door-to-door transport / taxi; On the last day of the tour , 2 January 2019, we need a flight from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City from where we will return to South Africa @ ± 23h00 Can you arrange for the necessary documents to obtain a Visa On Arrival? 1. The international airfares are from 8,000 Rand to 12,000 Rand for return tickets depending on your travel date and the airlines. Sometimes, they will have promotions, you should check on their website to know when they will offer promotion to have the best rate.
2. The most popular airlines which our customers booked are Emirate, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines or Qatar.
3. You can get the best airfares with local airlines agents which are based in JHB or Cape Town so I highly recommend you to book the Airlines with flight consultant in your location. Otherwise you can check the airfares and routes by putting your travel date and cities on website: https://www.skyscanner.net. This is the flight booking platform where you can check many offers from different flight agents.

From our experience, you could consider the return flight from Hanoi to come back South Africa instead of taking a domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh to return your home. Noi Bai international airport (in Hanoi) is very big and has many international flights every day.

For your visa approval letter, after confirming the tour with us, you only need to send your passport scans and we will apply for visa approval letter. Once get approved, we will send you visa approval letter via email and you could bring it to the airport with your passport and photos to get visa stamp. You only need to pay 25 USD for our Immigration Department. That's all and it's very simple, right?

I’ve had a look at the itinerary of the 14-day GROUP TOUR: SOUTH TO NORTH OF VIETNAM as published on your website and it is what we are looking for.

Due to work commitments I can only take leave after 15 December , and for now, it is important for us to secure a booking for 2 adults on the tour that starts on 20 December 2018.

Details regarding accommodation for 18 & 19 December 2018 can be finalised at a later date.

Please, advise on how to proceed with securing a booking on this tour and method of payment by  debit / credit card .

As mentioned on whatsapp, to secure the booking, you only need to deposit 30% of the total amount. You can choose one of below payment methods for deposit:

• Bank transfer: please cover all bank fee on your side.
• Credit card: please add extra 3% of the amount for payment by credit card. I will create a secured link for you to make deposit by your credit card.

The rest could be paid on your arrival date or before your arrival date.

Once again, thank you for your prompt reply.

We think that most parts of this itinerary will suit us………. except for Sa Pa Walking Day which we were told could be a cold & muddy hike at times in December

Instead, when in Sa Pa , we would rather take the trip up the mountain with the Fanispan Cable Car. Can this be arranged?

Furthermore, we would follow your advice and rather fly with Vietnam Airlines on the domestic flights.

As for as day-tours are concerned, we will arrange these closer to our departure date from South Africa.

+ NA1 form: you could check the link for the guidance. You will no need to fill all the hotel address, just in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh will be fine.
