The only added change may be upgrading to private car for four on day three as you suggested?

l will discuss payment option with my husband when he gets home in an hour and let you know. Please send me the amount per person deposit, as my brother would like to make a transfer to my husband's account before payment.

Thanks so much for your remind of private car.

I have just changed from shuttle bus to private car for the route Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi (with surcharge +8 USD/person as mentioned on my last email).

The other changes include: optional tour for City tour & Cu Chi tunnel turned as official and add 01 night in Siem Reap.

After discussing with your husband, let me know you your preferred payment method so I could send you accordingly.

The receipt seems to be in order. Do we pay the rest before leaving South Africa, or on arrival in Hanoi?

l will send your request for scans and dietary preferences to my brother and sister in law. You can perhaps send them an email as well, so that they have a record of your email address and they can also ask you anything they may be unsure about? Normally, you could pay the balance 15 days before your arrival date (12th May, 2019) by credit card or bank transfer. Or you could pay on your arrival by cash or credit card also (by credit card, it will be added 3% for transaction fee as from your country).

I well noted that you will need to renew your passport J You could send me once you have the new one

Hi Ashley - our passports as at present. l will scan the new one once l receive it.

We do not have serious food allergies, although l personally am careful about shellfish. l do eat ordinary fish and ****** likes all sorts of seafood. We eat a varied diet - we do eat meat (although we are used to meats usual in the Western diet) and we love fruit and vegetables. We look forward to sampling foods more traditional to your culture as well :-).
