Regarding your questions, I would like to confirm with you that the price are kept the same as on our website, and it's still available for your group. The tour rate may be updated if there is much change for the exchange rate between ZAR and USD.

Among 3 tours you mentioned, I highly recommend you book option 2: Group tour from Saigon to Hanoi (as the attached file also).

Option 1:  North & Central of Vietnam: You will travel in December, and it's not the best time to enjoy the beach in our Central as the weather is cool (not warm as April - September).

Option 3: Hanoi to Saigon: it will be a little bit rush in Hanoi with day trip to Halong Bay (you will need 4 hours/way from Hanoi to Halong Bay or vice versa, and 4 hours for day cruise, so total will be around 12 hours). If you are interested in this itinerary, I highly recommend you use overnight cruise in Halong Bay (remove 01 free day in Ho Chi Minh city) to enjoy the trip best. Let me know if you would like to have the itinerary for overnight cruise option.

Really hope you can assist.

We need to get all the paperwork in order to enable us to travel and entering the borders without any issues.

One of the travellers are using Heart Medication and have the attached available for travelling.

Will this be sufficient or do we need to get a Dr’s letter stating his condition?

You will not need to get Dr’s letter for this issue. It’s is still the same like other people in getting visa stamp at the airport. So do not worry

We are still negotiating our international flights and it looks like the return flights to and from Ho Chi Minh City might be a better option.  

This will change the internal schedule having us retuning to Ho Chi Minh City after the Boat cruise in Halong Bay.

I need to confirm the following.

1.       The Boat Cruise (3 Days, 2 nights) will end on the 29th. Leaving Halong Bay around 12:00, to return to Hanoi.

2.       We still have accommodation in Hanoi the evening of the 29th December?

Can you please quote,

3.       local flight back from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City on the 30th December. (PAX6)

4.       Accommodation for the evening of the 30th December 2018 in Ho Chi Minh City. (PAX6)

We should be able to confirm and pay deposits before the end of this week.

Domestic flight from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh city is 105 USD/person by Viejet Air or 135 USD/person by Vietnam Airlines. So I think it will be better to end in Hanoi. But you could consider which is the best for your group.

4.       Accommodation for the evening of the 30th December 2018 in Ho Chi Minh City. (PAX6)

Le Duy Hotel – Deluxe room: 25 USD/person/night.

Be noted with thanks that, as mentioned before, please inform us 3 days before you are ready to pay deposit so we could hold the rooms and make sure all are available.

We are very keen in booking this trip but still need to validate some other dependancies such as flight availabilities from SA – Ho Chi Min City and from Hanoi back to South Africa.

Should we take the Group tour from Saigon to Hanoi for 10 days, how flexible will this tour be toward the last few days.

Can we add another day to the boat trip in Halong Bay and then return to Hanoi.

Based on your quote,

The tour rate will valid until 18th September. After that date, we may review following the exchange rate.

2.      What deposit will be required and can you confirm the how the remained will have to be paid on arrival. (cash / card and added fees is any?)

You only need to deposit 30% of the total amount (via bank transfer – you need to cover all transection fee or credit card - add 3% for the transaction fee). The balance could be paid 15 days before arrival date or by cash or credit card on your arrival (by credit card, you will need to add 3% for the transaction fee)

Regarding your concerns of international flight, please find the information as bellow to have ideas:

1.      The international airfares are from 8,000 Rand to 12,000 Rand for return tickets depending on your travel date and the airlines.

2.      The most popular airlines which our customers booked are Emirate, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines or Qatar

3.      You can get the best airfares with local airlines agents which are based in JHB or Cape Town so I highly recommend you to book the Airlines with flight consultant in your location.
