Honeymoon in Vietnam

In the morning, visit the outside area Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the great President Ho Chi Minh rests in peace. We will visit the traditional stilt house and the respected One-Pillar Pagoda, the special pagoda with particular structure. Leaving here, we will transfer to thousand-year-old Temple of Literature, the famous first university in Vietnam. You will recognize that this is a popular place for Vietnamese students to take commemorative photographs when graduating.

After short rest, and have lunch on your own expense, we start visiting the Vietnamese Ethnology Museum. Here, you can deeply explore the life of Vietnamese ethnic groups through history before enjoying a traditional Water Puppet Show performed after the sunset.

Transfer back to the hotel. Dinner on your own and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken by shuttle bus to another fascinating land – the gem in the north of Vietnam – Halong Bay. The drive takes you through beautiful paddy rice and mountains of the Red River Delta. Visiting the bay, you will experience the magic of the wonderful wonder of the world. 

From the harbor, board our boat for a cruise among the numerous limestone karst rising from the emerald water. Make a stop en route to visit a grotto of spectacular stalactites and stalagmites and anchor for a relaxing swim in a hidden cave. Meals will be served on the cruise. Overnight on the cruise.

Note: You are recommended to bring an overnight bag to keep your necessary luggage. We are afraid that there is not enough space to store all the luggage of every passenger on board. Moreover, after an overnight stay on board, you will turn back to the same hotel in Hanoi, so your remaining luggage will be sure to be kept safe.

Take a great chance to wake up early this morning to unwind in the morning views of the bay at its best. Morning is the great time to admire the breathtaking views of the bay in the glitter of sun rays shining down to the water surface. After lunch on board, take the last chance to enjoy the impressive views of the beautiful limestone as the ship cruises through the bay.

After getting to the harbor, transfer back to Hanoi. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

On this day, you are free at your leisure until being picked up and transferred without guide to the airport for the flight to Danang

Upon arrival in Danang, you will be welcomed by our local guide and transferred to the hotel to check in.

After a short rest, set off your beautiful walking tour around this ancient port town. As the national trading center in the 16th century, Hoian is home to the diversity of ancient streets and homes. Take a leisurely stroll around the exceptional cobblestone streets to admire the hundred-century-old Chinese houses.

The leisurely trip offers you a great opportunity to see the ancient houses built in the mix of Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectural influences. You will be taken to some incredible places in Hoian including the hundred- year – old Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Hall and the local fish market.

Back to the hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and we will cycle through peaceful green paddies to reach the local market (Ba Le market). 

(If you can’t cycle, the alternative options are available without any surcharge: car/ sit behind local motorbike driver).

The tour guide will show you where the ingredients of the cooking courses come from and you will have chance to capture the hustle and bustle trading lives of local people. After that, we head back to the restaurant where the chef and the cooking course are waiting for you.

Upon arrival, you will have a break with a Vietnamese coffee to cool down and relax. Then, let’s join a fun bamboo basket boat ride through small creeks in water coconut fields and the folk game “bit mat dap noi”

Once you get back, we will start to cook a variety of local dishes following the given menu. Our Chef and Tour Guide will instruct and assist you to cook during the class. Afterwards we enjoy our delicious and mindful dishes together.

After lunch, we will take a lazy boat back to Hoian Ancient Town. Sit back and enjoy the scenery and local life of fisherman along the riverside. Back to your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

This is your free day to explore Hoian to your heart’s content. If you want to explore more about the culture and history, time to visit several unique museums in the town. It is also great to have a street food tour in Hoian as there are a lot of great dishes here. Moreover, you can join a lesson on how to cook Vietnamese food. At night, enjoy your romantic night while contemplating a huge number of lanterns floating on the rivers.

You will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to the airport for your next flight to Nha Trang

Arrive in Nha Trang and our guide will take you to the hotel. With the turquoise beach and white sand, Nha Trang can be considered as one of the best beaches in Vietnam for couples. At night, you can either wander around the city or walk on the beach with your lover.

A free day to explore Nha Trang, join a city tour or get on a boat to explore some wild islands. Those who wish to have other unique experience can enjoy a mud bath which is exclusive in Nha Trang or relaxing in a spa.

Today’s morning is free until being picked up and transfer to Nha Trang airport for a short fly to Ho Chi Minh city – the largest city in Vietnam.

Upon your arrival at the airport, our guide and driver will meet and transfer you to the hotel for check in. The balance of the day is at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh

This morning we will leave the city by private vehicle to visit the amazing tunnel network of Cu Chi. This incredible system, covering almost 250km in length was shelter to over 16,000 Vietcong guerrillas during the wars. Initially started in 1948 to provide shelter against the French air and ground sweeps, the network went on to serve as communication routes, storage facilities, hospitals and living quarters for Vietnamese fighters throughout the American war.  If you are interested (and game) you can even descend into the tunnels to learn more about the harsh conditions faced by Vietcong guerrillas who lived there. Return to the city center. 

In the afternoon set out on a tour of the former capital of French Indochina. Historic landmarks include the Old Saigon post office, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Opera House. Continue your tour by visiting the Reunification Palace which was used as the headquarters of the Saigon Government during the American war in the 60s. After that visit the ethnic Chinese district of Cholon.

This morning, the guide will pick you up at your hotel and depart for Ben Tre.

After arriving at Ham Luong dock, board the boat & cruise along Ham Luong River, a tributary to the Mekong River. The cool breeze from the river and lush tropical islands along its banks will immediately get you excited to explore all the great things ahead. 

Arrive and visit various local workplaces to find many wonderful examples of how local people use ageless techniques to create their crafts, including activated charcoal, dried coconut, handy coconut husk brooms, and many family businesses using coir, or coconut fiber, to create amazing art.  Drive around the village roads by “Xe Lôi”, the local vehicle, which is a kind of motorized rickshaw. Do a kayaking through the lush tropical canal?

Perfect your day with a delicious and filling lunch at a local host house. 

Break time, treating yourself to a relaxing time to relish the beautiful countryside or cycling around the village.

Visit the local fruit plantation, enjoy seasonal fresh fruits, and spend time relaxing while being rowed in a small boat slowly through the natural canals to get a sense of how truly beautiful this area is. 

Embark on the sampan and return to the dock. Travel back to Saigon. Complete your trip.

Today is free for you to explore the bustling city on your own.

18.15PM: Our private guide will pick up you at the hotel and transfer to Nha Rong port to get on BonSai cruise. You will have a romantic dinner on this cruise with hundreds of foods and enjoy live entertainment authentic show.

21.00: Our driver will pick you up at the port and transfer back to the hotel.
