Today, our guide will meet you at the airport then you will be transferred to the hotel. Welcome to Hanoi - the capital of Vietnam, where is renowned as one of the must-visit destination in the north of the country. Check-in your hotel at 14:00 P.M.

Today, depart for an impressive journey to Halong Bay – the jewel of North Vietnam famous for its thousands of dramatic limestone islands sprinkled around the bay.
Our shuttle bus will take you through the peaceful scenery of rice fields as we travel through the countryside and the lush land of Red River Delta.
At around noon, after a scenic drive, we arrive at the pier. Upon boarding our luxurious cruise, join the crew and the captain with a welcome drink and a cruise briefing.
After settling into your cabin, enjoy a delicious lunch while the ship starts heading out to the bay passing numerous jungle-clad mountains and mysterious caves.
You have plenty of time to climb up to the top for the panoramic view of the bay or kayak around the limestone karsts. Back on board for a cruise to the anchorage spot in a quiet area.
This evening, join your fellow passengers with a fresh cocktail on the sundeck while enjoying the awe-inspiring scenery of the surroundings before having dinner with delicious Vietnamese foods.
After dinner, enjoy your time onboard with a range of interesting activities including playing games, fishing squid or watching movies. Overnight on the cruise.

Start your new day this early morning with a relaxing Tai Chi session onboard to rejuvenate your soul and body in the astonishingly tranquil ambiance.
Enjoy breakfast while the ship makes its way through numerous limestone karsts and caves.
After breakfast, prepare to check out of your cabin. As the ship cruises back to the harbor, take your leisure time to relax on board or simply enjoy the spectacular views passing by.
Brunch will be served onboard on the way back. Upon arrival back in the harbor, transfer by shuttle bus to Hanoi. You arrive in Hanoi at around 17.00 pm. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

On this day, you will be transferred to Sapa, a small mountain town in northern Vietnam. Blessed with picturesque natural beauty, Sapa is an ideal destination to admire beautiful terraced rice fields and breathtaking mountainous view. Upon arrival in the town, enjoy a Vietnamese meal in a local restaurant.
After that, you will take part in thrilling 2-hour trekking to Cat Cat Village where is home to ethnic people of Black H' mong. It is a nice chance for you to learn more about the traditions, cultures, and the costumes of the minority group. You can also take great photos of the majestic waterfall in the area.

In the morning, you will take a short 30-minute journey to Y Linh Ho and along the Muong Hoa stream, a stunning place boasting the spectacular mountain views of Hoang Lien Son. If your visit is between May and October, the local harvest period, you will have a chance to see the local farmers in action.
The walk takes you from Lao Chai Village of the Black H'mong minority to the Ta Van Village of the Giay minority. After that, you will pass the Ta Van Bridge and return to Sapa by bus before heading back to Hanoi. Stay overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

This morning, it is time for your free adventure in Hanoi. This hustle and bustle city still has a lot of things waiting for you to explore. Take this chance to stroll around the street, sample the local food, take some wonderful photos and experience daily life in the Old Quarter.

In the evening, get an overnight train and transferred to Da Nang. You can also admire the beautiful view of Vietnam along the way.

Today is your free day to explore the city of Da Nang. Today is your free day to explore the city of Da Nang. Known as the most worth-living city in Vietnam, Da Nang possesses a lot of fascinating attractions, which are famous all over the world such as Dragon Bridge, Ba Na Hill, Marble Mountains.

On this day, you will take a ride westward toward the foothills of the mountain spine of Indochina. Welcome to My Son - a holy Sanctuary including more than 70 towers and temples, worshiping to Shiva and other Hindu gods. Located about 70km southwest of Danang and 40km from Hoi An, this historic site is a remarkable complex with ancient Champa style's structures made of red bricks and exquisite sandstone.
There will also be a traditional music show that you can enjoy. After that, you will take a boat trip down River Thu Bon and visit a traditional village before returning to Da Nang. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Da Nang Airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) - the biggest city in Vietnam, located in the south of the country.
Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel where you may enjoy the remainder of the day is at leisure.

This morning, continue your journey to My Tho, a small town lies on the bank of the Mekong River. Enjoy the scenery along the National Highway before boarding the sampan and cruising down the river.
Upon arrival to My Tho, stop by to visit the Vinh Trang pagoda - the greatest pagoda in Tien Giang province. Then, take a pleasant boat ride and immerse yourself in the beauty of the countryside along the river.
Stopover at Tortoise islet and savor your lunch in the orchard garden. After that, head to An Khanh, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta followed by enjoying riding a hand-rowed sampan along natural canals. Stop at a local family’s home to relish tropical fruit and honey tea as well as enjoy folk song music which is performed by the locals.
Afterward, you will return to Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at your hotel, start your tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels. With the length over 250 km, this is a historic site once used by the Vietnamese soldiers during the 1960s. The tunnels played an important role in the Vietnam War, which is not only allowed the Viet Cong to control a large rural area close to Ho Chi Minh City but they were also functioning as an underground city including hospitals, schools, meeting rooms, kitchens and sleeping quarters.
Once you’re back above ground you’ll be taken back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh. Free to go shopping in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.

Cancellation by Customer
Should you need to cancel your holiday once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing sent to us via fax or email. The following cancellation charges will be applied:
- More than 21 days prior to departure: The total of the deposit paid to us (30% of the Tour value).
- 7- 21 days prior to departure: 50% on the total value of the trip charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.
- Within 1-6 days prior to departure: 100% on total charged.
- No-Show: 100% on total charged.
Note: Insurance premiums and amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation of domestic or international flights:
If the cancellation occurs after a deposit was paid to the Airlines, cancellation fees, of 25 – 40 % of the airfare for the domestic flight and USD30 – 50/pax for the international flight, is required (according to the policy of the Airlines).
Unused services:
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.

Vietnam's weather differs greatly from region to region. Depending on where and when you're going to visit, make sure you prepare for the weather before you go.
North: Best time to visit is during spring (from February and April) and autumn (from September to November). The temperatures are more moderate with lighter rainfall
Central: Best time to visit is between January and August when the weather is dry with no heavy rains
South: The best time to visit the region is during the dry season, between December and April when the city experiences warm weather without rain showers.
If you're planning to visit the whole country, it is possible to travel to any part of Vietnam during any season.
Depending on your place of choice and your interest, the duration could be varied. Normally, for first- time travelers, it will take you about 10- 14 days to discover the must-see attractions throughout Vietnam.
There are two available methods for passport holders from South Africa to choose to apply for a visa to Vietnam. You can either apply for your visa at the local embassy or obtain a visa on arrival with a visa letter.
