Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City. You will be met and transferred from the airport to the hotel. Check in the hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, leave this vibrant city and depart for Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta. After arriving at the pier, embark the boat and travel along the Chat Say River passing through various local working areas. You have time to witness first-hand the local economy and culture through some visits to the brick kilns. You could also taste fresh coconut and see the exciting way to turn coconut into daily products and foods.
Continue your boat trip through the small canal to observe the daily local life. Make a stop at a tranquil village where you enjoy a walk to get a real insight into the life of the delta region. You also visit a mat weaving house where the locals still use hand loom to weave straw mats.
Your excursion will be continued with a xeloi ride or a bike ride to another village to explore the picturesque views of farms, rice fields and vegetation. There is a stop at a local house where a delicious lunch with regional specialties is served such as elephant-ear fish and river shrimp. After lunch, take a short rest.
In the afternoon, take a sampan boat to relax and float along narrow canals to return to the pier. Transfer to the homestay for check in. Dinner and overnight at homestay.
Enjoy the fresh air of the morning to start your new day. You are recommended to wake up early to enjoy a bike ride around or have a breakfast before travelling to Cai Lay. The drive will take you through the beautiful landscape of large rice fields and lush fruit farms. After reaching Cai Lay, enjoy a boat trip around the region to get a glimpse of local life. You will then enjoy a biking trip along the peaceful village paths and pass through some beautiful fruits orchards. Make a stop at the house of a fruit farmer to visit the orchard and taste some local fruits. Afterwards, board again a sampan and cruise through tropical canals. You will then return to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner on your own.Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy the excursion through many countryside villages to observe rural life. The rustic beauty of the region will leave you great impressions on Vietnamese life. Your trip is even more exciting with a small game on beautiful farms. In this game, you have a chance to become a real Vietnamese farmer and learn how to plant and water some traditional vegetables.
Afterward, join our cooking class to try your cooking skills with 3 dishes and 1 dessert. Then, enjoy your fruit of labor and get a certificate, recipes and souvenirs.
After lunch, take a short rest before making your way to rice paper village where you can learn how to make the traditional product. Try your hands making some rice paper. Head out to the rubber tree forest to get to know more the close connection between the forest and the local life.
Continue onto Cu Chi Tunnel – the historic site where Vietnamese soldiers used as a shelter during wartime. This fantastic network stretches over 250 km and is the shelter of Vietnamese soldiers during the wars. The system was served as communication routes, storage facilities, hospitals and living areas for Vietnamese fighters throughout the war. Take your time to descend into the tunnels to discover the wonderful tunnels and the harsh conditions of Vietcong guerrillas.
After some time relaxing with green tea, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh airport for a flight to Hue. You will be welcomed on arrival and transferred to the hotel for check in. Dinner on your own.Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy a cyclo tour to the Royal Citadel – a World Heritage Site should be visited to anyone in Hue. After exploring the Citadel, enjoy a bike ride through fascinating local’s home region, large rice field and tranquil rural areas. You will visit a typical garden house of the region which is built according to the precise rules of geomancy.
Your afternoon trip will start with an exploration of Tu Duc Mausoleum - the largest and the most luxurious tomb in Vietnam followed by an excursion at Dong Ba market to get into the busy life of locals.

After breakfast, head out to Thanh Tien Paper Flower village to observe first-hand the local villagers making traditional local paper flower. The people here used to live with this job a few decades ago that’s why it has become an indispensable part in their daily lives.
The flower papers here are dyed by saps and leaves instead of chemicals which help to retain lasting color. You could even join their activities and explore further their unique methods.
Around noon time, return to your hotel for a short rest. Your afternoon trip will start with a drive to Tam Giang Lagoon. While floating along the river, get your camera ready for some beautiful photos of the stunning landscape.
You will visit some local families to get a closer look at their life or even play a game with them to get a real experience on their lifestyle. A simple local meal will be served on board as you soak up in the breathtaking views of the landscape at sunset.

Today, check out your hotel and depart for Danang. The drive will take you through one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam – Lang Co beach with long white sandy beach.
Continue your trail through the scenic Hai Van Pass looking over the central coastline which offers you a unique chance to enjoy the amazing sceneries of Vietnam.
After reaching Hoian, check in your hotel before taking a walk around the ancient town. As the national trading center in 16th century, Hoi An is home to the diversity of ancient streets and homes. Stroll around the unusual cobblestone streets to admire the hundred century old Chinese houses.
The leisurely trip offers you a great chance to see the ancient houses built in Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures. There are some incredible places that you should not miss when visiting Hoian including the hundred- year – old Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Hall and the local fish market. You also have chance to stop at a tailor-made shop to get your favourite clothes.
After reaching the anchorage, embark on a row boat for a leisurely cruise on Thu Bon River. From the boat, you can easily see the fishermen net casting or fishing on the river. You could even get a great experience by trying to paddle the basket boat to the coconut village. Here, a traditional Vietnamese meal will be served with a wide range of cold drinks in some beautiful houses made by coconut leaves and bamboo. Enjoy your lunch while relaxing with some interesting stories told by villagers which help you to know more local lifestyle as well as Vietnamese history.
Take a short rest before cycling back to Hoi An ancient town passing through beautiful scenery of countryside.
In the afternoon, get to a pier where you board a local boat and cruise to Cam Kim Island. Pay a visit to Kim Bong wood carving village. Here, you could even participate in wood carving activities under the guidance of local carpenters. Afterwards, paddle to DuyNghia sedge mat producing village to visit families. Take a short rest before crossing through some beautiful rice fields and along rivers to visit Duy Hai village.
Continue your journey on local boat to water coconut and bamboo carving village. Here you are surprised by the world of bamboo products, even bamboo bicycles. Lunch will be served in a local family before heading out to the wonderful Tra Que organic village through rice fields and small hamlets. The village is a great place to learn more about different herbs and vegetables. Enjoy a special herb juice to relax and then head back to Hoi An.
This morning, transfer to Danang airport for a flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel for check in. Lunch on your own.
In the afternoon, set off your delightful street food tour through streets around the city. You will first make a stop at a local Vietnamese market to get a real taste of daily local activities. There is a great chance for you to savor some ingredients or buy to take home if you wish. While strolling around the market, you will be explained the uses of those ingredients. Do not forget to bring along your camera to take some nice photos of the market.
Leaving the market, you will be taken to an ideal place to enjoy a local coffee, especially some lakeside cafe. Sip your drink while chatting with our guide to get to know more about local culture and lifestyle of the country.
Afterwards, keep driving to Truc Bach Lake where you enjoy Pho Cuon – a popular snack of the city which include grilled beef ad rice noodle roll with fresh herbs. For your dinner, you will be served Bun Cha – traditional grilled pork and rice vermicelli noodles with fresh herbs and spring rolls.

In the morning, pay a visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where houses the body of the famous President Ho Chi Minh. Get to know more about his life and career with a visit to his traditional stilt house before appreciating the special structure of One Pillar Pagoda. Leaving the complex, make your way to the Temple of literature- famous for being the first university of Vietnam.
After lunch at a local restaurant and a short rest, drive to Bat Trang – a famous place to visit traditional ceramics. Travel around the region and make a stop at a family factory where you can witness first-hand the art of ceramic making process by hand. Afterwards, pay a visit to Dinh Bang communal house in the center of the village to learn more local culture.

After breakfast, leave Hanoi and depart for another stunning land of Halong Bay – the UNECO Heritage Site which is famous for thousands of islands scattering over the Gulf of Tonkin. Visiting the bay, you will be amazed by the natural beauty of different types of scenery.
You will embark on a beautiful boat for an overnight cruise on the magical bay. The cruise is also a great chance to savor special menu of fresh seafood in the endless charm of limestone formations.

Try to wake up early this morning to take in the morning views of the bay at its best. Morning is the great time to admire the breathtaking views of the bay in the glitter of sun rays shining down to the water surface. After the tea break, take the last chance to enjoy the impressive views of the surroundings as the ship cruises through various seascapes. Get your camera ready to take nice photos of the unique land.
Transfer back to Hanoi Airport for your onward flight. End of trip.
